How long does it take returns?

Please allow up to 1 week during normal business hours for processing once our team receives your return. You will be notified once your return is complete. I ordered a pre-order style. Will my order still ship?

Yes Meridiana Girl your order will still ship. However, due to the current situation in Colombia, some pre-order styles will be delayed. We will be working with you and in contact regarding your order. I need to change something on my Order. What Should I do?

If you need to change or cancel your order, please send us an email to info@meridianacollection.com immediately. We generally process orders within 6-12 hours, and once our warehouse has processed your order, we will be unable to make any changes.

I’m unsure about a size or have a fit question. How do I find this info?

Please see our Size Charts found on each product detail page for general information on sizing. If you still have specific questions about a fit of an item or measurement guidelines, please contact us through whatsapp contact is by your right side. 

The Style I want is out of stock? What should I do?

New Arrivals or best seller pieces can sell out quickly but there is a chance that we could get more in the future. To sign up to be notified if an item is restocked:
