All orders are shipped via Fedex International Priority or DHL. You will receive an email containing your Tracking Number once your package has been shipped from our virtual store located in Colombia. Most orders ship within 24 hours but please allow up to 2 business days from order date to ship.
Please keep in mind that it can take 3-4 business days to receive your order from the date it was shipped. Shipping rates depending on your location and carrier service. All orders are processed automatically and we are unable to expedite or delay shipping times after orders are placed.
You will encounter a customs or duty fee, this is not under the control of MERIDIANA COLLECTIONand this fee will be dependent on your country. Please be advised that MERIDIANA COLLECTION is not responsible for taxes and/or duties or any brokerage and/or delivery fees applied to international or domestic shipments.
You have 7 days from receiving your order to request a return for STORE CREDIT. Please contact our customer care team by emailing: email@example.com
Please indicate your full contact details, your order number and reason for return.
Additionally, if the return request is approved, please make sure your items are returned new, in its original package, unused and with all MERIDIANA COLLECTION labels and tags attached. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back.
Please allow up to 7 business days after your item is returned to receive your credit note. We are unable to process exchanges for international orders, if you wish to exchange your MERIDIANA COLLECTION piece you must return the product for a store credit and place a new order.
We do not offer free returns, and a small fee will be deducted from your credit but please be assured we will offer free shipping on the new order.
All items on sale or that fall outside of the return date are ineligible for return. MERIDIANA COLLECTION reserves the right to decline returns that have been worn or damaged.
You will receive a return label to print and attach to your shipment.
*Unfortunately some pieces are made to order, we are unable to offer refunds. In this case sales are final.
*Orders placed during online sales/promotions are final- no returns or exchanges are allowed. If merchandise is returned despite this policy, items will be sent back to you
